We architected a real-time event listener using n8n that triggers on Salesforce lead creation. Leads are sanitized and pushed into a Xano high-speed caching layer. This layer feeds the Retell AI voice agent with sub-50ms latency. Post-call, the system parses the transcript and autonomously updates the Salesforce record with the call outcome and next steps.
