Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Cuneihive collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website, contact us, or engage us to build automation infrastructure. We keep what we collect to the minimum necessary and never sell your data.

01

Who We Are

Cuneihive engineers autonomous business infrastructure — n8n workflows, voice agents, and Supabase data ledgers — that removes human latency from your operations. For any privacy question, contact us at msa@cuneihive.com. We operate remotely from Pakistan.

02

Information We Collect

We collect only what we need: • Information you submit through our contact form — such as your name, email address, company, engagement type, and the details of your message. • Basic technical and usage data — such as pages visited and device/browser information — collected through analytics where enabled. The public website has no visitor accounts and uses no CAPTCHAs. A hidden honeypot field guards the contact form against spam; if it is filled, the submission is silently discarded.

03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver engagements, operate and improve the website, and — where appropriate — follow up about relevant services. We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

04

Lead Routing & Service Providers

Contact-form submissions are routed through our workflow automation (n8n) and may be stored in our operational tools so we can follow up. The website is hosted on Vercel and backed by Supabase. Analytics, when enabled, are provided by PostHog and/or Google. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.

05

Client Data in Automation Engagements

When we build and run systems for you, we handle data on these principles: • No cross-customer sharing — your data is never mixed with or exposed to another customer. • Minimum necessary — we work with only the data a workflow needs to function. • No central customer database — we do not maintain a separate store of your data for our own purposes. • Your infrastructure first — in most cases data lives in your own tools and infrastructure (your CRM, databases, ticketing systems); we connect systems and move data, rather than centralizing it.

06

AI & Sensitive Data

Where automations use AI, we prefer public or non-confidential information, and we redact or mask sensitive data before it reaches an AI agent. If sensitive data must be processed, flag it clearly so we can apply safeguards — such as filtering specific fields, masking patterns, and excluding unsafe data from AI agents.

07

Cookies & Analytics

Analytics scripts load only when an analytics key is configured. They help us understand aggregate usage (e.g. which pages are visited) so we can improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

08

Data Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond and maintain our records, and engagement data only for as long as the relevant workflow or agreement requires. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

09

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email msa@cuneihive.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
