By accessing this website or engaging Cuneihive to deliver services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Cuneihive engineers autonomous business infrastructure. Our offerings include: • Services — broad capability pillars (such as Automation). • Packages — pre-scoped, productized solutions with a defined deliverable list and optional add-ons. • Custom builds — bespoke automation architecture scoped to your needs. • Products — subscription tools designed to be used without bespoke setup. We also offer retainer and embedded-team engagements for ongoing work.

Engagements are defined in a written proposal or statement of work that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline, and price. Engagement types include one-off Project Deployments and ongoing Embedded Retainer / Team Integration. Work outside the agreed scope is handled through a change request and may affect price and timeline.

Pricing depends on whether an engagement is a package, a custom build, or a subscription product, and is set out in your proposal, quote, or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on the terms shown on the invoice, retainers are billed periodically in advance, and prices exclude any applicable taxes. Late or non-payment may pause delivery.

Upon full payment, you own the workflows, configurations, and custom deliverables we build specifically for you, and you retain ownership of your own data and content. Cuneihive retains all rights to its pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, and reusable components. Licenses for third-party tools and platforms used in a build are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Our builds rely on third-party platforms and services (for example workflow, database, CRM, telephony, and AI providers). Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to, outages of, pricing of, or discontinuation of third-party services outside our control.

To deliver effectively we rely on you to provide timely access to relevant systems, accurate information, and prompt feedback and approvals. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the delivered systems complies with applicable laws and the terms of any connected platforms.

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond what is expressly agreed in your statement of work, services and this website are provided "as is" without further warranties. Automation can improve efficiency, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuneihive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Each party will keep the other party's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Either party may end an engagement in line with the terms of the applicable agreement. On termination, fees for work performed up to that point remain due, and each party returns or deletes the other party's confidential information on request.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the competent courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your engagement agreement specifies otherwise.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version; continued use of the site or our services after a change constitutes acceptance.
