The Problem
The client operated a high-volume B2B real estate sales operation. Inbound leads were being lost to response latency — the average human callback window was 47 minutes, during which competing agents had already made contact. Outbound capacity was capped by headcount. The CRM was manually updated, creating data integrity gaps that corrupted pipeline reporting.
The Build
Cuneihive deployed "Genie" — a neural voice agent running on Vapi with a custom conversation flow, wired to a live Supabase database acting as the central state ledger. On inbound calls, Genie runs a qualification script, evaluates criteria in real-time, and books directly into the client's calendar via n8n webhook triggers. All interactions are logged back to Supabase with full conversation transcripts, which n8n then maps to the CRM. Outbound sequences were automated using a multi-campaign orchestration layer, enabling 10x the previous daily contact volume without adding headcount.
