The Problem
The client, a SaaS agency, was running cold outreach manually — sourcing contacts from one platform, verifying them in another, writing personalised messages by hand, and managing a single shared inbox. The workflow was a bottleneck. Reply rates were under 2%. Deliverability was degrading due to a burned single domain.
The Build
PipelineIQ is an n8n-orchestrated pipeline with four distinct stages: (1) ICP Scrape — automated data collection from Apollo and LinkedIn using rotating proxies; (2) Verify Loop — real-time email validation through a self-hosted ZeroBounce-equivalent API; (3) Personalisation Engine — AI-generated first lines using lead context; (4) Multi-Inbox Rotation — Retell-powered sending across 8 warmed domains with automatic throttling and blacklist monitoring. The entire pipeline runs on a daily schedule and routes warm replies into a centralised inbox triage dashboard.
